Our loan Account Executives are responsible for contacting installment loan customers  whose account are past due and making arrangements with customers to bring accounts current. Duties will include inbound and outbound calls, written correspondence, negotiating payments, and recommending accounts for legal action, imputing data into systems, and accurately completing any paperwork needed. May act as a Team Leader coordinating daily workflow and ensure policies and procedures are followed. Must be able to attend court mediation hearing as agent for the company.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to pass pre-employment credit and criminal background checks
  • High School Education or equivalent
  • 1 year customer service experience and/or negotiating repayment schedules and arrangements preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft and Excel preferred

Education and Experience:

The Investor Relations Specialist will seek investment opportunities to raise capital for Corner Financial, and will handle requests for information from prospective investors while processing investor subscription documents. The candidate must possess superior written and verbal communication skills, the ability to respond to requests in a timely manner, and an aptitude for research gathering and analysis. Must be motivated and deadline-driven with extreme attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain investor contact (“CRM”) database
  • Assist in the preparation of internal and external communication materials (e.g. press releases, quarterly reports, Q&A materials, presentations, etc.)
  • Collaborate in developing and implementing best practices for the investor relations program, including messaging strategy, investor targeting, and communication practices
  • Serve as a liaison between investors and Relations Corner Financial
  • Serve as point of contact and cultivate positive professional relationships with vendors

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration (finance, accounting or related field) preferred
  • Relevant work experience with in-house investor relations or within the  division of a financial institution

We are currently seeking a dynamic Collections Specialist with proven experience and expertise in debt recovery. Our ideal Collections Specialist will attend court mediations as needed and necessary and will follow through with all court proceedings from establishing payment arrangements, debt recovery and liens proceedings.

Experience Required

Proven experience in sales, and debt recovery. Our Collections Specialist will be fully trained in debt recovery strategies, customer database, legal filings, skip tracing, assets location and much more.

Main Duties 

  • Receiving and making calls to clients
  • Attend mediation as needed
  • Input customer data accurately and correctly
  • Decide on the correct actions on dealing with disputes and remain tactful and polite at all times
